New Reality Talent Series Brings Hope to FOX Affiliate

CENTRA Talent launches SPOTLIGHT Reality Series starring Rhode Island & Massachusetts Talent. FOUR shows to be taped in HOPE, RI (among other locations) to air on FOX 64 starting February 12, 2005.

Hope, RI (PRWEB) February 14, 2005 -- Hope will be the home to one of four new episodes of a local Reality Series entitled SPOTLIGHT, which will feature upcoming models, singers and dancers in Southern New England. SPOTLIGHT takes the average person in common neighborhoods and tracks their progress towards achieving their dream of becoming a star.

SPOTLIGHT is independently produced by CENTRA Productions and will air on FOX 64, Saturday afternoons at 12:30 PM (First episode aired at 3:30PM on February 12).

The reality Series focuses on the in-depth emotions and personalities of these new prospects as they engage in photo shoots, recreation act ivies, and prepare for a live, interactive fashion concert.

“To my knowledge, no one has ever done something like this before,” claims Phillip Polumbo from Rhode Island College. “We have a four episode reality series featuring people from our own backyard airing on network TV. This should really open the doors for upcoming producers.”

The show will star CENTRA Talent’s Executive Producer, Giovanni from Hope, RI, and will feature Janelle Moynagh (Swansea), Rachael Russell (Cranston), Liz Dziadosz (Warwick), Kristen O’Connell (Harrisville), Brittney Kandzerski (Providence), Jennifer Zira (Scituate), Jannira Torres (Pawtucket), and Michelle Lopes (Coventry), just to name a few. Giovanni, who has been producing Fashion Shows on the local circuit for five years, will scout, train, and prepare the cast members for their television debut.

Giovanni describes the show as a “unique opportunity” saying, “There are so many incredibly talented people out there who just do not have an outlet to display their talent. Our goal at CENTRA is to offer that opportunity, in a professional environment”
