Industry Leading Voice Talent Provider Focuses on Client-Based
Services
May, 2005
ProComm Studio Services increases customer service as industry moves
towards ‘self serve’ casting and production.
(PRWEB) May 9, 2005 – Procomm Studio Services, a company with a
long history of providing voice talent to agencies and studios
across the country, touts its ability to make the casting process
easier than ever. While many voice talent agencies and voice talent
websites have moved their business model towards a more hands-off
approach, Procomm is refocusing its business on the client.
“These days there are plenty of places to find voice talent,”
says Procomm President John Brooks. “But who wants to listen to
hundreds of random auditions from voices with varying degrees of
experience? Procomm’s mission from the beginning has been to find
the right voice for each project.”
Procomm’s talent roster includes over 100 professional voice
talents in all age ranges and in multiple languages. Before being
listed, each talent is screened to insure quality of sound and
ability. Upon becoming a part of the roster, Procomm’s account
services department works to identify their strengths and weaknesses
so that casting is accurate and appropriate for each job.
“Our clients appreciate that we know the talent on our roster and
can make solid recommendations when it comes to casting,” says
Customer Service Director, Lesley Sobol. “It’s one of the
services that sets us apart from our competitors.”
In addition to providing up-to-date demos for each voice talent,
Procomm’s newly redesigned website (www.procommss.com) offers a
suite of convenient tools such as a powerful and intuitive voice
talent search engine, an online database for clients to track jobs
and check invoices, and a live internet feed to stream sessions and
final mixes.
