a union. Well, the basic difference is that union actors,
make more money and are protected by union regulations such as
amount of work in a day, insurance etc..

unions. The unions really help you to structure your
business. From insurance, to pay, to pensions, investing and
even contracts - the unions protect actors in all aspects of the
business of acting.
